We are situated directly opposite Durham Lane Industrial Estate, on the North Side of the Allens West Railway Line.

FROM THE SOUTH - Head down Durham Lane North Bound, across the railway line at Allens West and straight on at the next roundabout. We are situated about 300 yards further on, on the left side of the road.

FROM THE NORTH - Turn on to Durham Lane heading South towards Yarm and Eaglescliffe, we are on the right after about 1 mile. If you get to the roundabout and/or railway line you have gone too far.
